一、租赁产品为八成新的产品退回情况： ● 原物退还（带完整条码和防伪标识），无费用； ● 非原物退还同等同质，配件完整，损耗类组件成色无要求的，无费用； ● 非原物退还，品相低于7成新，配件完整，扣抵3个月租金； ● 不完整配件退还，估值核算，（-按照6~12个月租赁费用扣抵）； ● 产品损失，无产品退还；（按照18个月租赁费用扣抵）。 二、租赁产品为原装全新的产品退回情况： ● 同等同质，配件完整，损耗类组件成色无要求，无费用； ● 非同等同质，九五成新以上，配件完整可正常使用，损耗类组件成色无要求，无费用； ● 非同等同质，低于九五成新，配件完整，损耗类组件成色无要求，（根据产品成色差异，按照3~12个月租赁费用扣抵）； ● 不完整配件退还；估值核算,（按照6~12个月租赁费用扣抵）； ● 产品损失，无产品退还；（按照18个月租赁费用扣抵）。 1、 Return status of 80% new rental products: ●Return of the original item (with complete barcode and anti-counterfeiting label) at no cost; ●For non original items returned with the same quality, complete accessories, and no requirements for the condition of damaged components, no fees will be charged; ●Return of non original items, less than 70% new in appearance, complete accessories, and deduction of 3 months' rent; ● Return of incomplete accessories, valuation calculation, (deducted based on 6-12 months of rental fees); ●Product loss, no product return; (Deducted based on 18 months of rental expenses). 2、 Return status of rental products that are original and brand new: ● Same quality, complete accessories, no requirements for the condition of consumable components, and no cost; ●Non identical and homogeneous, with over 95% new and complete accessories that can be used normally. There are no requirements for the condition of consumable components, and there is no cost involved; ●Non identical and homogeneous, less than 95% new, complete accessories, no requirements for the condition of damaged components, (deducted from the rental fee for 3-12 months based on the difference in product condition); ● Return of incomplete accessories; Valuation calculation, (deducted based on 6-12 months of leasing expenses); ●Product loss, no product return; (Deducted based on 18 months of rental expenses). |

产品延期退还收费标准 (Product Delay Refund Fee Standards) |
1.超过一周不到一个月的按租赁协议的月费用收取。 2.超过一个月不到两个月或两个月整的按两个月收取。 3.超过三个月未退回的租赁配件，视作配件遗失按照18个月租赁费用收取。 1. Monthly fees will be charged according to the lease agreement for periods exceeding one week but less than one month. 2. If it exceeds one month but is less than two months or two months in total, it will be charged as two months. 3. Rental parts that have not been returned for more than three months will be considered lost and charged 18 months of rental fees. |

合作库的物流配送分自建物流和第三方物流，自建物流服务《区域合作库》的用户，且保证当天时效内必达的服务要求，第三方物流是指与成熟的物流公司（如顺丰、德邦、同创等）合作，满足配件跨区域调拨与物流配送需求。
The logistics distribution of the cooperative warehouse is divided into self built logistics and third-party logistics. Self built logistics services serve users of the "Regional Cooperative Warehouse" and ensure that the service requirements are met within the same day. Third party logistics refers to cooperation with mature logistics companies (such as SF Express, Deppon, Tongchuang, etc.) to meet the needs of cross regional allocation and logistics distribution of accessories.
提供区域内时效必达、安全有保障的物流服务，有效实现人员与配件的分离管理。同时在配送方式上，统一使用特制的物流配送安全箱，采用GPS定位追踪+动态密码锁，指定收货人员开锁验货，物流包装上执行相应的标准，多重保障避免杜绝因碰撞和晃动带来的安全隐患。用户只需通过平台系统下单和预订相应的服务，即可适时跟进与掌控运营进度，提升终端用户的服务体验，减少物流和中间环节的管理成本。
Provide timely and secure logistics services within the region, effectively achieving the separation and management of personnel and accessories.
